Your annual or monthly gift will help those who need our services the most.

$35 will assist in providing free resources and referrals

$45 will provide a scholarship to a one-day skill
development workshop

$75 will provide three counseling sessions

$100 or $10 per month, will provide one partial scholarship for a six-week Life Transitions program .

$200 or $20 per month, will provide one full scholarship for a six-week Life Transitions program

Our Services

Information Referral:
We work closely with other organizations and agencies in our community to provide resources to individuals searching for information and support. Call 385-0750.

Counseling Services:
Career and personal counseling appointments are available for those who would like to work with a professional on an individual basis. Call 385-0749

Life Transitions Workshops:
Life Transitions guides individuals through self examination, goal setting, and action planning followed by a facilitated support group that provides encouragement and accountability.

Other Workshops:
Half-day and full day workshops are offered throughout the year on various topics such as communication, professional development, personal enrichment, self exploration, and others based on community interest and need.

Support:
Support groups offer a way for individuals to connect and support one another through the challenges and milestones life presents.

Massage:
Chair massage is available on the first Saturday of each month beginning January 2008. For more details look in the NEWS section of our website.

Lending Library:
Books and tapes promoting personal awareness and growth, career and life transitions, and strategies for effective communication are available for check out.
