| Carolyn was the former director/instructor of the Central Oregon Community College Changing Directions program for 12 years. She holds a Masters in Public Administration and a secondary teaching credential. She has assisted adolescents, women and men in employment and life transitions for over 25 years. A resident of Central Oregon for over 14 years, her strong connection with community agencies and local colleges helps to support individuals desiring education and employment skill development. | |
